Carlos Tanner is the founder of The Ayahuasca Foundation. He is an American and a student of curanderismo. After living and studying with a curandero for over four years, Carlos worked to provide a safe and effective way for people to receive treatment with Ayahuasca and other healing traditions of the Amazon. The Ayahuasca Foundation is currently hosting a Scientific Research Study that is documenting the effects of Ayahuasca in treating depression, and anxiety. Although it is early in the research, the results look promising.
